By accessing and using the Zanzibar Water and Wastewater Information System (ZanWWIS), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

The data provided on this portal is intended for informational, planning, and educational purposes. You agree to use the data responsibly and to cite ZanWWIS as the source in any publications or products derived from the data. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose.

The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Government of Zanzibar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Data provided by partner organizations remains their intellectual property.

Termination

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Zanzibar and the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
